About Our Council
The Roy Champeau Council
was founded in 1982 through the efforts of members of the newly formed
St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Parish.
It is named after Roy Champeau, who was the right hand of Pastor Fr.
Thomas Millane (Fr. Tom) during the initial formation of the Parish. The
Roy Champeau Council works closely with the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton
Parish in Tucson, providing
funds for various projects, members being active participants in their
parish. etc.
